The Miamisburg Band Boosters provide volunteers to orchestrate, administer and manage formal STUDENT FUNDRAISING opportunities.  To ensure that EVERYONE that wants to participate in the Miamisburg Bands Program can be involved regardless of financial status, an active role is taken to provide participants with fundraising programs to pay down their fees.  Student fundraising activities are conducted throughout the year for the convenience of those that want to capitalize on ways to defray the cost of involvement.  These fundraising vehicles vary from season to season and provide a variety of ways to be successful in achieving financial goals.

While participation in student fundraising is NOT required, the Miamisburg Band Boosters highly encourage families to take advantage of these opportunities to remain compliant with financial deadlines.  Failure to meet financial requirements, coupled with refusal to utilize student fundraising vehicles, prohibits members to be eligible for grants, scholarships and future participation in extra-curricular ensembles.  The Miamisburg Band Booster's Student Accounts Director (Wayne Langguth) should be contacted IMMEDIATELY if a financial discrepency exist to answer questions and/or determine how to navigate a successful solution.  Members with outstanding balances receive monthly invoices, and refusal to contact the Student Accounts Director can result in very avoidable consequences.  These opportunities are provided so that we can ensure that EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO PARTICIPATE IN BAND IS ABLE TO DO SO.

Keep in mind that student fees are determined by actual operating costs and how successful GENERAL FUNDRAISING efforts have been.  Don't be short-sighted and concern yourself with only STUDENT FUNDRAISING initiatives.  The key to keeping band participation fees as low as possible is to ensure that the entire band community embraces general fundraising activities, and ensures that they are highly profitable.
